Living Planet Expressions

A drop of water hangs from a tiger’s whisker. A manatee drifts toward you through the clear water of a Florida spring. An octopus reaches across a reef, its copper-colored arm close enough that you can see the individual suckers. Living Planet Expressions is my collection of wildlife and marine life metal wall art inspired by how much there is to see when you get this close.

I want each piece to feel like an encounter. You’re down at the waterline with an alligator, close enough to make out the ridges along its snout. You’re in the path of a galloping horse, with one hoof already reaching toward you. Some encounters feel quiet and curious. Others make you want to take a step back.

Look toward the edges and you’ll see the habitat take shape in brushstrokes. As you move inward, painted leaves, roots, and currents give way to details that feel almost within reach. A hoof or an arm can cross that boundary, bringing the animal a little closer still.

Each piece is printed on a glossy metal panel that brings out the color and depth of the scene, from the light filtering through spring water to the drops clinging to a tiger’s whiskers.
